INTERNATIONAL SECOND VICE PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE To our collegiate graduates, I want to extend a huge congratulations. Your graduation is not only a personal achievement; it is a milestone for the entire brotherhood. It represents the investment made by many individuals who believed in your potential. It’s a testament to your drive, intelligence, and the countless hours of study and sacrifice that have brought you here today. As you embark on this new chapter in your lives, equipped with the knowledge and skills you’ve acquired during your college years, remember that the world is waiting for your unique contributions. I would like to encourage you to uphold the values taught to you by the Fraternity. Brotherhood: Remember the bonds you’ve formed with brothers during your time in college. These relationships will always be there for unyielding support and camaraderie. Scholarship: Continue your pursuit of knowledge, as learning is a lifelong journey. Continue to ask questions and use your education to foster positive change. Service: Whether through volunteer work, your
chosen profession, or acts of kindness in your daily life, make a commitment to give back to society. Your skills and talents that you gained during your time as an undergraduate can make an impact on so many lives. These values have been instilled in you throughout your collegiate journey as a Sigma, and they will continue to guide you as you navigate the future. As we celebrate our graduates, we look forward to witnessing the great things that the future holds, and are excited to see the role you all play in making the world a better place. GOMAB!

FALL FORWARD
Congratulations to and Introduction of the Graduates of 2026 By Brother Malwan Johnson, International First Vice President
Brothers of the Class of 2026, Congratulations! You did it. Through every late night, every sacrifice, every moment of doubt that quietly whispered MAYBE NOT — you answered with WATCH ME. That is the spirit of a Sigma Man, and that spirit is exactly what this world needs right now. Denzel Washington once stood before a crowd of graduates and offered two simple but powerful words: “ Fall Forward. He told them that failure is inevitable — that you will lose, you will stumble, and you will fall. But the question is never IF you fall.” The question is which direction you fall. He chose to fall forward — toward the next audition, the next opportunity, the next version of himself. Brothers, I charge you to do the same. As you step into your careers, your communities, and your callings, you carry with you the spirit of a brotherhood that has always dared to push beyond what was comfortable, beyond what was expected, and beyond what was thought possible. The world is not asking you to be average. It is begging you to be great. As you transition into this next chapter of your life, do not leave Sigma behind. Take it with you. When you get settled — new city, new role, new season — find your nearest Alumni Chapter and plug in. The bonds of brotherhood do not expire at graduation. If anything, they deepen. The mentorship you offer the next generation of brothers, the civic engagement you carry into your community, the professional network you strengthen and share — that is the richness of what it means to wear the letters, Φ Β Σ, for life. Brothers of the Class of 2026: Never be discouraged. Never hold back. Give everything you’ve got. When the road ahead is unclear, Fall Forward. When the obstacle seems immovable, Push through It. When your community needs a leader, Step Up. When the fraternity calls, Answer. You were not made to blend in. You were made to break through. So go, Achieve the Vision of our Founders’, Serve with Excellence, Lead with Integrity, and Push What’s Possible in your career, in your family, in your community, and in Sigma until every brother behind you knows that the door is wide open because you walked through it first. In Brotherhood,
