a. Range hood operation - pull range hood out towards you to operate - light and fan will automatically turn on. b. Cooktop operation - press down on knob and hold to ignite, turn left to increase flame, turn to right to turn off. c. Oven operation - turn right hand knob to symbol with fan in centre and half circle top and bottom for fan assisted heat and left hand knob for temperature. For grill use turn right hand knob to grill symbol and left hand knob for temperature. For further functions see instructions. d. Microwave operation - press function pads for automatic timing or number pad for manual timing.

a. Washing machine operation - load clothing into machine, put a capful of washing liquid (located under sink) in left hand compartment, close. Press power, select wash mode using dial, press start. Machine will beep when wash is complete. Washing line is located near pool. b. Dryer operation - load clothes into machine, select drying time, press start.

Door keys can be locked in lockbox outside front door near window and can be used to access front door and downstairs back door. The sliding door key is in the door - please do not remove.

P O O L a. We kindly ask that you keep an eye on the balance tank level, if it appears to drop please put the hose in the pool to refill to a better capacity. The swimming pool is a wet edge so in order to refill the pool the balance tank must be at one third full at all times, this should only take around 60 minutes. b. The pool pump is set to operate from 8:30am until 5:00pm daily. In the event of a problem, please contact Swimart Mona Vale on 9997 7877. c. ACRYLIC glasses (located kitchen cupboard next to refrigerator) have been provided for use inside the pool area.

Pool towels can be found in the alcove next to the downstairs bathroom.

Being on the coast, the wind can get quite strong in and around Azzurro particularly if it’s an easterly. Please take care in windy conditions. Lower the umbrella in the court-yard and either close the front door to the house or secure it open with the latch at the bottom.

All dirty cutlery and crockery must be cleaned or placed in the dishwasher with the dishwasher on.
