OBITUARY
Richard Albert Jr. was born on January 26, 1942, in Boston, MA to the late Richard A. and Rosalie Thomas.
Richard Attended Boston School of Trade and began his career as a self-employed plumber after graduation. While attending trade school, he met Jacquelyn (LeMon) Thomas, who attended High School nearby in 1959. They were married on February 5, 1960. To that union were born six beautiful children.
Richard loved to watch football, golf and tennis. He was a New England Patriots fan and loved to watch Tiger Woods golf and the Williams sisters play tennis.
Richard is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn Thomas, his six children, Richard A. Thomas III, Rick O. Thomas (deceased) Jacquelyn E. Robles, Renee’ A. Washington, Troy A. Thomas, and Tracy A. Bond. Daughter-in-law, Cheryl Thomas. Two sons-in-law, Orlando A. Robles and Charles Washington Jr., (12) Grandchildren and (24) Great-Grandchildren.
Five siblings, Roberta E. Thomas, Rosanne V. Lewis, Rosalie J. Dessalines, Roger J. Thomas, and Russell N. Thomas.
Richard is preceded in death by five siblings, Rosezetta B. Suarez, Reginald E. Thomas, Robert C. Thomas, Randall J. Thomas, and Robin C. Chisolm
He leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends He will be greatly missed. , , , , , , ,
God saw you getting weary, so He did what He thought was best He came and stood beside you and whispered, “Well done thou good and faithful servant, enter thou into the joy of thy lord, and rest.”
