Linda grew up and was educated in Boston, Ma. She worked in medical records partially for a short time at Tufts Medical Center. Over the years she worked as a bartender in several well-known establishments around Boston. She was partially raised by the late Henry Tate and survived by Stella Tate.

Linda lived life on her own terms; and passed away in her on way. She had a smile and a laugh that made you laugh too. She loved a nice cold beer and a good time while sitting in her recliner. She loved playing her music loud like no one else was in the room. She was famous for her seafood stuffing. She was witty, strong, stylish, humerus, inspiring, unselfish, and generous to people she knew.

She is preceded in death by her mother Lucy Jones- Nelson, her father Nobi Brown, first son Glen Jones, second son Donelle Jones, Also, her brother Billy Jones.

Survived by her two siblings, Arthur Jones and Clyde Jones of Boston, Ma.

She is survived by her loving children, Donetta Jones, Michael Jones, Dominique Gilbert, Glen, Jr Goods, Godchildren: Tanya White, Jackie White and Min. Douglas Kizzie.

Grandchildren: Jamaree Graves- Jones, Christian Jones, Layla Jones, Michael Jr Jones, Mariah Jones, Mikayla Jones, Yessinia Otero- Gilbert, Nevaeh Gilbert, Anthony Chytrus Jr, and Avanie Martinez, several nieces and nephews, cousins.

A mother, a grandmother too, This is the legacy we have from you. You taught us love and how to fight, You gave us strength, you gave us might A stronger person would be hard to find, And in your heart, you were always kind. For all of us, you gave your best, Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.

My life has been full, I savored much, good friends, good times, a loved ones touch, perhaps my time seemed all too brief, don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me, God wanted me now, He set me free.
