OBITUARY


Amani Bell-Ivery was born on November 2, 2000 in Boston, MA, to Shawn Funches and Nadia Bell.
Amani graduated from Cranston East High School in 2020. She then started her career as a Retail Associate and went on to work for several restaurants. Amani always talked about being a Correctional Officer growing up. Amani loved everyone. She was very family oriented and always made sure everyone around her was good.
Amani was best known for her tough personality, her love for family and her love for writing music. She would stay up for hours playing the same beat over and over until she got the song right.
Amani is survived by Nadia Bell - mother, Shawn Funches - father. Siblings -Jamari Bell, Shawn Jr, Shaun'Dene, Shandra, NahShaun, Shaunie, Jayven, Shawmmir and Soffia her dogs Milo and Major who she loved dearly.
Amani is preceded in death by her grandfather Claude Johnson and her Uncle Amin Bell
