“Ed, Eddie”

Ed was born on October 29, 1951, in Antigua WI to the late Daniel and Rebecca Daley. At an early age, Ed relocated to Montserrat, where he resided until 1983. He then relocated to St. Croix USV.

In 1988, he relocated to Boston, Massachusetts.

In 1988, Ed began his career as a carpenter for 21 years at Local Union 67. This is where he met the love of his life Tracey, in 1999. They became one in the year 2000 until he departed this life on March 29, 2024. In 2009, Ed and Tracey relocated to Shorter, Alabama where he started his own carpentry business. This allowed him to continue doing what he loved the most.

Ed was well-loved and respected by many. He had a kind heart and a gentle soul. Ed was a man who met no strangers and touched many hearts. He was willing to help out anyone who needed a hand.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Rebecca Daley. His 4 sisters, Josephine Daley, Beatrice Wason, Roslin Greenaway, and Catherine Harper.

Ed leaves to cherish the love of his life, Tracey Floyd, of Shorter, Alabama, (3) sons Azrial, Eathan, and Daniel Daley all of Boston, Massachusetts. (1) sister Joycelin Daley of Boston, Massachusetts. (3) brothers, John Daley of England, Alfred Daley of St Croix USVI, and Wilfred Daley of Antigua WI. (3) bonus children, Christina Floyd of Shorter, Alabama, Jashaun and

Taneshia Floyd of Boston, Massachusetts. (5) grandchildren and (6) bonus grandchildren. One special niece Myrtle Daley-Williams. A host of sister-n-laws, brother-n-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
