The Family of A’Zurii Araya Laretta-Marie Brown
Jesus said,
"Let
the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
From Me to Mom
This is all new to me and you. What should we do?
Go play in the park, blow bubbles or run around; who knew we would never get to do these things. Please don't cry. Whatever you do, I'll always be with you. I'll be sitting blowing kisses all over you. Mommy's little girl is what I will always be.
I want to say, "you are a good mother to me. You filled my days with hugs and kisses. Thank you for being my mommy."

"EMBRACE THE MOMENT"
For the Mother and Father:
In the silent echo of a nursery, A lullaby sung to an empty crib, Your heart beats heavy with the rhythm of grief, Your soul dances with memories never made.
In your tears, a river of love flows, A testament to the life you cherished, Though brief as a whisper on the wind, Your child's spirit soars beyond the stars.
From the wisdom of C.S. Lewis, we learn, That grief, like a wave, must be ridden, But know, dear parents, in your darkest night, The dawn will bring a new hope, a light.
For the Family:
Together, you stand, roots intertwined, A family tree weathering the storm, Each leaf a story, each branch a memory, Bound by love, though touched by loss. The wisdom of ancestors whispers through the leaves, Remembering a past rich with heritage, Drawing strength from the soil of your history, You face the present, honoring the legacy. Let the tears cleanse, let the pain transform, In your unity, find solace and strength, For in the collective heart of family, Hope finds its home, and love its refuge.
For the Community:
In the heart of the community, a collective pause, A moment to breathe, to grieve, to reflect, For every life lost, a ripple of sorrow, Yet within it, the seed of tomorrow. From African wisdom, we gather the strength, To honor the past while embracing the future, In unity, we find the power to heal, In diversity, the wisdom to feel.
Floyd A. Williams Funeral Home, a beacon in the night, Stands with you in this moment of pause, Aligning with the movement to cherish life, To honor the departed and support the living.
To Honor "Our" Blessing:
A life too brief, a star that shone so bright, Now a guardian light in the heavenly sky, Your presence a gift, your absence a pain, Yet in our hearts, you forever remain. We pause to remember, to honor, to love, For though your time was short, your impact profound, In the wisdom of these wounds, we find our way, Choosing hope, faith, love, and joy each day.
For the Living:
From loss, we learn to live anew, To strive for a purpose, to hold to the truth, In the embrace of grief, we find our strength, In the face of sorrow, our community's length. Together, we choose to rise above, To find the wisdom in our wounds, For every tear shed, a seed of hope, For every heartache, a lesson of love.
For the Future:
May this poem be a testament to all, That in moments of loss, we find our call, To live with purpose, to cherish each breath, To honor our loved ones, even in death.
Floyd A. Williams Funeral Home stands with you, In every moment of grief, and in moments of pause, We walk together, hand in hand, With hope, faith, love, and joy, we stand.
