Huddersfield Elite Sports Education Academy provides post-16 male and female students, of all academic and playing abilities, the perfect opportunity to enrol onto one of several exciting educational courses.

We have a fantastic range of activities and classes for children of all ages from toddlers to teenagers! Our gymnastics and cheerleading classes are suitable for all abilities and give you the chance to work towards the elite cheerleading squad and even competing nationally.

With the Education Academy achieving a 100% pass rate in previous years and last year 85% of students working at Merit level or above, we are now positioned in the top 3 education providers in the English Football League tables.

The various study programmes combine academic studies with a practical sporting experience and all courses are free to enrol onto, with the exception of the Foundation Degree. The courses are aimed at young people who have a passion for sport and a desire to progress to University or employment within the sporting industry. These elite player pathways also provide opportunities to continue playing sport at an elite level and potentially pursuing scholarship opportunities in the USA. The educational programmes provided by Huddersfield ESEA are: • BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Performance & Excellence (Rugby League Development Programme)

• BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Performance & Excellence (Elite Golf Performance & Education Pathway) • BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Performance & Excellence (Tennis Pathway) • BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Performance & Excellence (Football /Rugby League Coaching Pathway) • BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Performance & Excellence (Fitness Instructor Pathway) • Foundation Degree in Community Football Coaching & Development Students who enrol onto any of the courses have the unique opportunity to train and play competitively on a weekly basis against other professional clubs and athletes.

In addition to the mandatory course requirements, the Education Academy provide students with a diverse range of extra-curriculum activities throughout the academic year. Such activities range in size and scale, with the most soughtafter including national and international tours to professional clubs and stadia.
