Workhouse fitness has been serving the local community for over 28 years since it was established in 1987.

The club has recently relocated within the springfield complex in Farsley to a new custom built fitness club designed over one floor. Workhouse fitness offers state of the art equipment, studio area, a safe and friendly creche, beautifully fitted changing rooms with saunas, showers and built in lockers. However, workhouse fitness still strives to take the extra step in making members feel welcome in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, where everyone feels comfortable training.
