In a majority of cases this will need to be ‘repaired’ by MCR. On occasion it may be part of the content and intentional. This should always be checked. This will need to be ‘rejected’ if it is a glitch or from poor quality video (playback from Omneon to make sure). It might also be intentional e.g. Part of a video transition etc. in which case it’d be ok to delete this fault from the list. Always check the notes for the duration. In addition, the state model requires updating as a prerequisite for urgency highlighting. This is because a consistent set of states which are “ready” is required, which was not the case in the Phase 1 state model. The new state model is captured below, with the states highlighted in green being either new or modified states. Orange indicates that the state is still under discussion and the design is not yet agreed, and may not be included in the development.
