In a majority of cases this will need to be ‘repaired’ by MCR. On occasion it may be part of the content and intentional. This should always be checked. This will need to be ‘rejected’ if it is a glitch or from poor quality video (playback from Omneon to make sure). It might also be intentional e.g. Part of a video transition etc. in which case it’d be ok to delete this fault from the list. Always check the notes for the duration. Decide on playback if it’s intentional or undetectable to the human eye (in which case the fault can be deleted) Or it may need ‘rejecting’ if it’s from poor quality video or a glitch.
