THE PROJECT: WELCH HOUSE The award winning Welch House, designed

by The Manser Practice, is a steel framed house on the water’s edge of the Isle of Wight. Raised seven metres above the ground to take advantage of sea views, the bespoke design used contemporary materials and production methods.
