At its peak, Welcov operated 58 locations across seven states, significantly impacting the lives of seniors and their families. When industry challenges began to reshape the long-term care landscape, Paul ensured a responsible transition of Welcov’s facilities in 2019 — demonstrating his unwavering focus on resident well-being.
