With more than 300 play perfect social game to meet other Members and join the Hideaway Community. Offering four league sessions throughout the year, participants also enjoy Open Play during the week as well as Bocce Socials.
GHideaway Beach Club has a 9-hole executive golf course, designed by Gordon Lewis, that is an amenity for all our members and their guests. The 9-hole course is set in a luxurious native setting that consists of five Par 4’s, and four Par 3’s. Our golf pro offers clinics, private lessons, and friendly tournaments.

The Hideaway Beach Club's Pro Shop has everything you need to supply your sports outings or gift purchases at Hideaway! While members are able to schedule their sports activities on the Hideaway Website and Hideaway App, the Pro Shop staff is also available to assist Members in reserving their court and tee times.

Enjoy our 150 acres of conservation area across our 300 acres of property. Leisurely stroll along our boardwalks through the lagoons and canopied mangroves and discover the natural beauty in the largest of the 10,000 islands.

Hideaway Beach Club is thrilled to unveil the exciting development of our stateof-the-art Sports & Wellness Center! We are delighted to present rendered photos that will provide you with an immersive preview of this incredible addition.
Our new Sports and Wellness Center will be nearly 24,000 sq. ft. and offer 4,140 sq. ft. of fitness space complete with a men ' s and women ' s steam room, 4 group exercise rooms, 2 physical therapy rooms, 5 virtual hitting bays, and a grab-and-go cafe. With the potential for future expansion, this remarkable building is designed to exceed expectations.

What words or phrases best describe the culture of the club and what, if anything, makes Hideaway Beach Club different?
Hideaway Beach Association is a welcoming and inclusive club. Our New Member Committee is ready to engage each new Member from their first day of Membership in Hideaway social and recreational activities.
Is the Club financially sound?
Hideaway Beach Association has an extremely healthy balance sheet. Our dues and fees are well within the parameters of our peer group and the value proposition of belonging to Hideaway Beach Association has never been higher.
Can I rent my property?
Hideaway's House & Ground Rules allow for owners to rent their home not more than once in any 12-month period and for a period of not less than 30 days.
Is Membership in the Club mandatory and, if so, what are the joining costs and dues for each category of Membership?
Membership is required with property ownership within Hideaway Beach Association Joining costs include a nonrefundable capital contribution fee at closing and a complete schedule of dues and fees will be provided to you by our Membership Coordinator. A limited number of Associate (Social) Memberships are available to non-property owners with a Member reference. The joining fee for an Associate Member includes a non-refundable initiation fee and annual dues. For the current schedule of dues and fees, please reach out to our Membership Coordinator.
How do you bill your dues?
Annual dues are billed to each Member on their November statement payable by the first of the year. Member statements are billed monthly with no spending minimums.

What
is
the Club’s ownership and governance structure?
Hideaway Beach Association is a Homeowners Association governed under Florida Statute 720 that owns and operates assets commonly referred to as the Hideaway Beach Club. We have one Board of Directors comprised of nine (9) elected members who govern the business affairs of the Association. The Professional Staff, led by our Chief Operating Officer, with input from our advisory committees, are responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan and managing the day-to-day operation of club facilities and community services.
From a lifestyle perspective, what are the social and recreational opportunities available at Hideaway Beach Club?
Hideaway Beach Association’s athletic facilities include worldclass fitness, tennis, pickleball, bocce and a 9-hole executive golf course. The Club operates four dining venues and the new Sports and Wellness Center will have a grab-n’-go café. The calendar showcasing our social events is filled with a compelling assortment of clubs, groups, and hundreds of activities, and has something for almost every interest.
Are there residents that live here year-round and what does club life look like during the summer season?
A portion of our community is in residence all year Club facilities, such as fitness, tennis, pickleball, golf, dining, and vibrant social activities are available through the summer months as well as the opportunity to explore our reciprocal clubs.
