The Park Pour

The Park Pour is Blue Ash’s biggest hidden gem. Tucked off the intersection of Cooper and Kenwood, 4815 Cooper Road, one can find a restaurant that does it all; Locally roasted Deeper Roots coffee, a French bistro style menu, and even a full retail wine shop. Enjoy a signature cocktail, beer, or wine inside the DORA area at Blue Ash’s newest park right off of the flower studded patio. Inspired by the local chef’s heritage and history, he incorporates family recipes, as well as dishes he’s loved from other restaurants in his past. “Nostalgia is my favorite flavor profile and allows us to cook with purpose” – Chef Arthur Kurtzman

Mariemont Veterinary Clinic

In May of 2022, Zola Veterinary Group purchased Mariemont Veterinary Clinic from Dr. Jim Westerfield, the long-time owner/practitioner. Located in between the Madeira, Madisonville, and Oakley areas, Mariemont Veterinary Clinic has been faithfully serving the local community at the current location on Murray Avenue since the late 1980s. When we decided to dive in and purchase the hospital from Dr. Westerfield, we knew there was something special about Mariemont Veterinary Clinic. In this day and age where corporate entities dominate the veterinary field, Dr. Westerfield had created and fostered a unique space where clients and pets were seen as a family community, while still practicing excellent medicine. As soon as we came in to see the clinic, we knew that this was a special place. The warmth and welcoming atmosphere was evident as soon

as we walked in the door, and although the building was older, we could see the potential in it. In January of 2025, we began a major remodel, clearing out the entire building except for the four outside walls. Teaming up with BDA (Buidling Design for Animals) Architecture and JDL Warm Construction, our vision of expanding the feeling of community to reach as many people and pets as possible was becoming a reality. The major project was completed by the first week of June, and we are currently operating out of our new and improved space. As a full service veterinary clinic, we are now able to continue to offer the highest standards of care to all pets, small animals and all exotics, and share our vision of community with the entire Cincinnati and Tri-State Area. Come on in and tour our new facility and see what we are all about!
