It has been a privilege to serve on the Sun City Aliante Board of Directors since 2019, and as Treasurer since 2020. I achieved my Dedicated Association Leader Certificate (DCAL) from the Community Association Institute (CAI) in 2020 and renewed it in 2022. I am now running for re-election to the Board of Directors for another 2-year term.

Currently, I am serving on your Board; previously I served on the 2016 Term. In addition, I served on our Property & Grounds Committee, Lifestyle Committee, Architectural Review Committee and Veteran's Club; served on the Aliante Master Architectural Review Committee; served on the recognized with Board's first Director's Award. I am certified and maintained as an Advanced Dedicated Community Association Leader and C o m m u n i t y A s s o c i a t i o n I n s t i t u t e L e a d e r Certificate.

Lynda and I have owned in Sun City Aliante since with the community activities and the everyday challenges. I have the ability to multitask and look forward to adding my positive attitude to the wonderful community. s management. I worked for several large health care organizations in Illinois and Wisconsin, as well as Public Health and for a Fortune 100 Insurance Company I have served on several professional Board of Directors during my career.

Our community is comprised of over 3,500 residents and has a market value of $815 million dollars. We are a large market cap, and because your Board of Directors has increased your home investment through wise and caring changes, our value has kept pace with new homes constantly being built around us.

I am not one who trumpets my accomplishments. I am one of your 7-member Board, and my vote does not have greater value than any other Board member, but as President, it is incumbent upon my position to constantly look to the future and position us in a favorable light when new people consider our community vs. new communities around us. In addition, as President, I am required to help other Board members make prudent, fiscally wise decisions that eventually affect us all. It is with pride that I point out that Sun City Aliante has won the prestigious award as outstanding large association in southern Nevada for the last 3 of the past 4 years and was nominated again for this year In addition, I have been nominated for Board member of the year for the last 4 years. I welcome your scrutiny on my years as a Board member and encourage your vote as I continue to serve for another two years.

It is the responsibility of your Board of Directors to make decisions that will provide the best outcomes for our community My entire professional career was centered on solid decision-making and dedication to serving others. I am willing to ask questions, investigate a variety of solutions, and advocate for decisions and solutions that will provide the most favorable outcomes for Sun City Aliante. My passion for excellence and love of this community bring a compassionate voice and a business perspective to decisions that will positively impact every resident of our beautiful community. 2006. I have volunteered as a member of the North Las Vegas Citizen's Patrol, Veteran's Administration, American Radio Relay League, Extra Class Volunteer Examiner for FCC, Clark County Emergency Amateur Radio Operator, and elected Deputy Regional Vice President of the American Society of Safety Professionals.

I am a retired military officer, Board certified Safe Professional and Management Consultant. I am a cadet graduate of The Citadel and earned a Master's degree in Business Management.

I am interested in increasing Homeowner property value and improving the Sun City Aliante experience. I respectfully ask for your vote.
