CANDIDATES FOR THE BOARD OF

Joe Caggiano

I am seeking your vote to serve on the Sun City Aliante Association Board of Directors. I have owned my home in the community for over 3½ years. I retired in August and I now live here fulltime. I fell in love with this community over the past years.

For the past 22 years, I served on Garden Valley Homeowners Association in California, serving as President for the last 7 years. Garden Valley was self-managed for the first 17 years. As a board, we met the challenges that were presented by an older community I will bring those years of experience, along with a fresh eye, to the Sun City Aliante community.I am educated through Community Association Institute (CAI) and have been a member of the Orange County Chapter for 22 years. I also served on the Orange County Chapter Board of Directors. I credit the education that CAI provided for keeping me updated on

issues important to homeowners. I will continue to be a member of CAI here in Nevada.

Sun City Aliante is a solid community and I look forward to adding to the great work that the present board, in concert with First Service Management, has done. I will bring a long-term vision to the board. Those long-term goals take planning and funding as Sun City Aliante considers its place in the greater Aliante Community of North Las Vegas.

I consider our many clubs as a rock of the community They cement friendships and expand interests of the people in the community I will support those clubs and do everything as a board of director to that end.
