What is involved in the “Cleaning and Treatment”? It is a three-step process, all of which is performed without walking on the roof: 1. Clean the roof with our non-destructive cleaning process, using water-based soaps and chemicals 2. Rinse away all the dead organic growth from the roof 3. Apply our Restore product that treats and protects the roof. (It is NOT a sealer) *The Annual Maintenance Plan guarantees the roof will be free of the destructive growth. The treatment remoisturizes the material, thus extending the life of the roof of shingle, fiberglass, and membrane roofs
