Paint: Exterior doors are painted. Interior walls and ceilings primed then painted one color with (2) coats in choice of pre approved colors.

Trim painted with (2) coats latex high gloss in white. Stained handrails and newels (where required) with 1”x2” painted pickets at steps. Other colors/combinations quoted per plan.

Landscaping: The front, side and rear yards will be graded and seeded A foundation shrubbery package will be installed in the front of the home. This provides a starter yard and Association will be responsible for lawn, tree and shrubbery maintenance after closing. Seller does not warrant or guarantee against washout, erosion or the growth of grass or shrubs. Association is responsible for watering, fertilizing and planting as needed. Seller solely will determine the grading of the lot taking into consideration generally accepted building standards.
