These paintings are built from memory, intuition, and a deep attentiveness to the ways light moves through trees and across land. Through shifting hues, textures, and partial forms, Marjorie Thompson renders spaces that feel simultaneously grounded and dreamlike — places that invite the viewer to pause, wander, and look again.
