wagon. Passengers included veterans, an RCMP officer in dress red, an actor from the western TV series - The Pinkertons, the MLA from Steinbach and lots of kids. The ride arrived in Richer in the afternoon and the group and other guests then headed over to the Richer Inn for a fundraiser steak dinner. In total with local and Ste. Anne Legion support, the communities were able to raise over $1,700 for the group and their foundation in support of veterans. A half dozen local vets also participated in the ride either on horseback or in the wagons.
