Pigment International® is a Black woman founded and led multi-media platform reporting on the art, people, issues, trends, and events shaping Black contemporary art and examining the linkages connecting historical and contemporary Black art Founded in 2018 in Chicago, Pigment serves as a connector within our community of Black creators, collectors, curators, investors, and other stakeholders

Launched in December 2018, Pigment Magazine has as its focus art, innovation and curation The 56 page, glossy, fourcolor magazine is broken into three sections featuring stories on artists, collectors and others in the Black fine art ecosystem. We are three time winners of the publishing industry's prestigious OZZIE Award for “Best Cover Design ”

Each August Pigment International travels to Martha’s VIneyard where we host Art Salons, Artist Talks, Gallery Walks and events that highlight Black art Dates for 2024 are August 4 - 18th Pigment International’s Lois Mallou Jones Photo Shoot in Oak Bluffs. TEAM SAAM! The team from the Smithsonian American Art Museum celebrated the end of a successful art week at Farm Neck Cafe in Oak Bluff. MV Gallerists and Museum Director's Breakfast

Each year Pigment International is a Media Partner to The Other Art Fair an international art fair hosted by Saatchi held in the Ravenswood Neighborhood in Chicago. Pigment's 2023 booth at The Other Art Fair was themed 'When I Think of Home' and featured work by EDO, Candace Hunter, D Lammie Hanson, and Jade Williams, who curated the space Pigment hosts students for tours of this traveling fair

The Chicago Youth Art Challenge invites talented young artists from high schools across the Chicagoland area to showcase their creativity and passion for art!

The Chicago Youth Art Challenge is organized by Pigment International and The Four Arts Men a collective of four local, yet world renowned artists based in Chicago whose mission is to provide a platform for young artists to express themselves connect with their peers, and inspire positive change through the power of art
