As a real estate professional, I’m thrilled to report a positive outlook for those who are thinking about selling. 2017 was a record year as you can see from the stats in the charts. In 2016 the total volume sold was $383,192,993 and in 2017 the total volume sold was $503,365,253, which was a 31% increase. The average sale price of homes and condos in 2016 was $265,369 and in 2017 was $326,887. This is a 23% increase. These are amazing numbers for anyone considering selling.
