A Decade of PATH will be an evening of celebration and inspiration as we honor the lives of our participants, shine a light on the incredible work of PATH staff, and raise funds to support PATH’s work to provide vital housing and services in San Diego.

PATH OVERVIEW

A leader in the community for 39 years, PATH is one of the largest homeless service providers and affordable housing developers in California, committed to ending homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. PATH provides housing and homeless services in over 150 cities across the state, with over 70 locations.

PATH services consist of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment assistance, individualized case management, housing navigation, and placement, veteran services, primary health care connections, independent living skills, mental health counseling, substance use treatment, interim housing, and supportive housing.

PATH SAN DIEGO OVERVIEW

PATH began operating in San Diego in 2013 with the opening of Connections Housing, an integrated service and residential community in Downtown. PATH San Diego provides interim and affordable housing and critical services countywide, including over two dozen programs and seven supportive housing sites.

PATH San Diego services consist of interim housing, street outreach, rapid re-housing, housing search and navigation, Veteran services, CalAIM, community care coordination, and more.

In the past year, PATH San Diego provided services for more than 6,000+ people and provided 863 housing placements for homeless individuals and families.
