EVENT OVERVIEW PATH celebrates another year of innovation, collaboration, and partnership in our work to end homelessness in San Diego.

Toast to Home San Diego will be an evening of celebration and inspiration as we honor the lives of our participants, shine a light on the incredible work of PATH staff, and raise funds to support PATH’s work to provide vital housing and services in San Diego.

PATH OVERVIEW

A leader in the community for 40 years, PATH is one of the largest homeless service providers and affordable housing developers in California, committed to ending homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. PATH provides housing and homeless services in over 150 cities across the state with over 70 locations. PATH services consist of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment assistance, housing navigation, and placement, veteran services, interim, and supportive housing.

PATH began operating in San Diego in 2013 with the opening of Connections Housing, an integrated service and residential community in Downtown. PATH San Diego provides interim and affordable housing and critical services countywide, including over two dozen programs and seven supportive housing sites.

Provides monthly groceries for six individuals transitioning out of homelessness.

$1,000 / Furniture Sponsor

Provides home furnishings for a family moving into their permanent home.

• 4 tickets to Toast to Home • Listed as furniture sponsor on all event promotional materials, including event signage, website social media and email marketing campaigns

$500 Transportation Sponsor

Supports public transportation for 5 individuals transitioning out of homelessness.

• 2 tickets to Toast to Home • Listed as transportation sponsor on all event promotional materials including event signage, website social media and email marketing campaigns

SPONSORSHIP BRAND AND MEDIA EXPOSURE A Toast to Home San Diego marketing outreach directly reaches more than 39,000 supporters of PATH via print and online media, including the event website.

• Outreach consists of 4-6 email marketing pieces and several pre-event Facebook and Instagram posts.

• The event itself is attended by 150 individuals, including premier stakeholders in business, government, and philanthropy in San Diego.

• Publications we have secured coverage with in the past include The San Diego Union-Tribune, San Diego Magazine, San Diego Metro Magazine, Times of San Diego, CBS 8, NBC 7, Fox 5, ABC 10, Univision, and KBPS.
