My PATH case manager

Jaila’s journey begins at home in the embrace of her loving mother, Jessica. Their nurturing home is the bedrock for Jaila’s dreams to take flight.

— I call her my guardian angel — came to the hospital on the day I gave birth to Jaila. I have no idea where we'd be if we hadn't connected with PATH. So, the biggest thing I want to instill in Jaila is to always give back.

With PATH’s support Jessica and Jaila have lived in their own home for the past four years, after a five-year struggle with homelessness. PATH provided essential services, case management, temporary shelter, and eventually a permanent place to call home.
