Welcome to The Palm Beaches

We welcome you to “Play in The Palm Beaches,” a guide to sport, recreation and experiences from the Palm Beach County Sports Commission!

As a dynamic hub for professional and youth sports, our sports commission supports a myriad of events, which collectively bring nearly 1 million sports visitors to our county each year. While they are here—whether it’s to enjoy our worldclass competitions like the PGA Tour’s event in The Palm Beaches, formerly named The Honda Classic and the Winter Equestrian Festival, or to cheer on their family members in youth baseball or swimming—visitors often ask us: What else is there to do in The Palm Beaches?

This comprehensive publication is an answer to that question or, rather, 100-plus potential answers. From our verdant parks and nature centers to our esteemed theaters and museums to our trend-setting golf courses and first-rate shopping centers, The Palm Beaches have something for everyone—not to mention our 47 enviable miles of public beachfront. Whether you’re here for a weekend or a season, or before or after the big event, this guide contains everything you need to know to live like a Palm Beacher. Just bring your game; we’ve got the rest covered.
