Title: Pass Now Making Driving Lessons & Tests Safe With the announcement of DVSA that has confirmed that the government has restarted driving lessons in England, Pass Now has started its operations again to serve you to the best of our abilities. We understand the safety concerns of our learners and approved driving instructors in the times of the coronavirus pandemic and hence we have set up some guidelines and tips in place to ensure that your driving experience is as safe as possible. It is the responsibility of both the instructor and the student to ensure that proper safety measures are being adopted during the course. Basic hygiene such as sanitizing the hands, wearing masks and gloves all the time, self-isolating yourself if you experience any symptoms, and sanitizing the entire vehicle before commencing any lesson must be followed. Also, the students are requested to listen to any precautions suggested by the instructor and adhere to them.

The DVSA has also stated some measures to ensure the safety of everybody while conducting driving tests. These include instructors for students to not arrive at the test centre more than 5 minutes before the appointment and they must specify at the time of registration in case they have any medical condition that prevents them from wearing masks. Also, to minimize the contact points between instructors and students, handshakes are prohibited, and students will not be allowed to handle DVSA paperwork or iPads. At Pass Now, we urge all the instructors and students registered with us to follow these safety measures to ensure that the Pass Now intensive driving courses can help learners achieve their driving goals and get the license while also ensuring everybody’s safety in these unprecedented times.
