As the latest development from NatureForm Hatchery Technologies, Smart™ NF single stage incubators are designed to give birds the best possible start in life. Homogeneous temperature distribution and a narrow hatch window deliver higher hatchability and improved uniformity for unparalleled quality and numbers of day old chicks.

SmartTouch™ user interface and SmartCenterPro™ integration As hatcheries become larger and more complex, ease of operation is key to achieving fully optimised performance. Smart™ NF incubation is equipped with the SmartTouch™ user interface: a large, high-contrast, high resolution 10.4 inch colour LCD screen with Projective Capacitive Touch Screen technology (PCT) and ergonomic viewing angle for a user interface that is highly intuitive and easy to operate. SmartTouch™ is fully compatible with the SmartCenterPro™ hatchery monitoring and control software, to easily integrate incubators, HVAC and hatchery automation systems into a single system for monitoring and control across the whole hatchery.

Airflow in line with setter trays True homogeneity in the incubation climate requires unimpeded airflow and even temperature distribution over each hatching egg, To achieve this, every trolley is turned individually in line with the airflow produced by the incubator’s fan tower. This ensures the synchronization of embryo development during incubation, which contributes to reducing the hatch window.

Optimised control of humidity, CO2 with Adaptive Metabolic Feedback™ In a single stage incubation environment, achieving the correct weight loss profile for each hatching egg is critical to producing maximum numbers of the highest quality day old chicks. Smart™ NF incubators provide active, simultaneous measurement and control of humidity and CO2 during incubation, based on the Adaptive Metabolic Feedback™ (AMF™) principle developed by Pas Reform Academy, to ensure the accurate replication of p ­ redetermined breed or flock specific weight loss patterns.
