BUSINESS BACKGROUND Mehlware Investments was formed in 2017 by a previously disadvantaged indigenous individuals on characteristics of value-adding, cost effectiveness and respect for natural resources, as well as the needs of our clients with the objective of establishing a sustainable and continually improving environmental services and construction company.
Mehlware Investments strive to provide predictable and quality services to our clients while concurrently fostering lasting relationships with professionals, local councils, government bodies, trade contractors and suppliers. Mehlware Investments aims to builds on its strong services heritage of service excellence.

MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW Managing Director – Mothopo Mojalefa BSc Hons Geology, with over 10 years of experience in Mining. Mr Mojalefa is a Geologist by profession, trained Geotechnical Engineer. Mr Mojalefa acquired an extensive mining knowledge; he was involved in several projects including the Commissioning of Venetia Underground Project (VUP) (R20 Billion) (Portal construction and shaft sinking) in Musina, Limpopo Province and the first ever Sinkhole remediation project (R100 Million) in Assmang-Khumani Mine in Kathu, Northern Cape. During his tenure in Mining, he acquired Strata Control Certificate and other certificates

Responsibilities: • I was a full time site surveyor using dumping level, quality controller, ordering materials for site, managing and supervising the pipeline and earthwork teams, compiling quantities for the work done. • Site problem solving, motivating the workforce, maintaining quality control procedures, supervising contracted staff, making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety, checking and preparing site reports and liaising with clients and reporting progress. Project: • MBET PROJECT • Construction of 600mm HDPE pipe which is 12 km from Outside Medupi PowerStation halfway before Steenbok pan Park. Position Held: Site Agent Responsibilities: • Identifying site problems and providing a solution to ensure project does not run over budget, ensuring site use resource requirements, assesses the progress of onsite work to ensure it is being performed within regulations and to contract specifications, ensure that excellent communication and administrative skills is well practiced, work alongside contractor and subcontractor to make sure the project is carried out on schedule. Period Employed: January 2016 – 2018 Position Held: Junior Planner Responsibilities: • Claims for TCTA project, Progress tracking sheet and work ahead programme.
