Welcome to the Entry of the Gate House. As you walk up to the charming Tudor house, you’re transported to England and the traditional patterns and colors of the country houses. The wallpaper with blue motifs defines this space that also leads up to the second story.
A picturesque window is flanked by drapery panels of heavy linen in a Jacobean print. These floral textile designs were prevalent in the early 17th century with strong Indian influences and are featured in plums, blues and a touch of raspberry on a neutral background.
The Moroccan rugs are the perfect color complement and bring a layer of warmth to the space. Brass lighting adds the finishing touch to this very welcoming entry.
