Mathis is a French outdoor video director and photographer based around Annecy and the French Alps Mathis has an engineering diploma (INSA Lyon, France) and chose a passionate career and created his own audiovisual production company . His favourite playground remains the outdoors and the mountains . From a calm trail running session to engaged steep skiing adventures, he can adapt to any conditions

His last work was to collaborate on a movie with French adventurer Mathieu Blanchard . A screening was organized at Vuarnet boutique in Paris in April 2026

Matthias Giraud is a professional skier & ski base jumper from Megève, France . He is now based in Bend, Oregon, USA . He is the world record holder for highest ski BASE jump and only athlete to have ski BASE jumped the Alps trilogy (Eiger, Matterhorn, Mont-Blanc)

His last record was to 1st ski BASE jump descent from the North Face of Aiguille du Plan (3,673m) in Chamonix, France . Technical Difficulty: 600 meter extremely technical alpine descent (50+ degrees) + ski BASE jump off the bottom 75-meter serac to exit the face (icewall ).

Zian Perrot -Couttet, a snowboarder , and mountaineer from Chamonix, is a trainee mountain guide and a member of the Chamonix PGHM Passionate about steep terrain, he explores new and vertiginous lines .

SS26 COLLECTION TOOK INSPIRATION FROM DESERT SAND SKIERS AND HIKERS

Dune can be considered as the warm version of our snowy white mountains when it comes to sliding . As Vuarnet represents the “sport de glisse ” and mountain activities, the collection wanted to connect with this environment by taking inspiration of the desert warm color palette.
