Founded in 1908, Partnership with Children works inside New York City public schools to support students facing adversity With licensed social workers, youth development professionals, and teaching artists embedded in classrooms and communities, we help young people build resilience, confidence, and the skills they need to thrive.

Supporting Students Where They Need It Most

Partnership with Children strengthens the mental health and well-being of New York City students by embedding licensed social workers and comprehensive supports directly in under-resourced public schools.

Each year, our programs reach over 20,000 children and families, creating nurturing environments where students can heal, grow, and succeed.
