Royal’s EGR cleaner revolutionizes the way an entire EGR system is cleaned. Using one of the industry’s most effective carbon and soot dissolving Enzymes, it works like no other cleaner on the market. The highly concentrated active Enzymes dissolve built up Diesel soot and carbon into particles which are removed from the intake manifold, throttle body and EGR and transferred away in the combustion cycle. Royal’s EGR Cleaner contains no harmful cleaning agent or hydrocarbons so it cleans the entire system without billowing exhaust smoke during the treatment process. All residuals are harmlessly vaporized with very little going out the exhaust system. How is this different from what you’ve used before? Typical EGR cleaners consist of a basic active ingredient/cleaner and Hydrocarbon solution. It is this Hydrocarbon solution that causes smoke to billow from the exhaust during the cleaning process. Essentially flooding the system with excessive hydrocarbon trying to carry the active ingredient which is burnt off as smoke.
