Master Planning + Architecture +Landscape +Working Drawings A serene township located in the heart of growing Tukwada, Vapi. As the clients vision to develop a township Bunglows for middle class and Higher Middle class of Vapi, the project embrace a keen aspect of Vastu, material exploration, form development in its Plotting, Bungalows and Landscape elements. The Masterplan includes 5bhk & 4bhk Bungalows, Club house and Park for the residence.

The decent and elegant entrance is designed in harmony with the Bungalows and is under construction.

The project aims to have a well resolved circulation with 12m primary road and 9m secondary road. The 5bhk and 4bhk bungalow clusters are placed to be equally in connect with the common plot, as the club with variety of amenity and luxury remains a centre of attraction for residence around. The plotting started with multiple options two of which are depicted above, and with resolving the circulation and a balanced proportion of unit clusters the plotting with bigger plot size for designing luxury bungalows were preferred.

The club houses a number of amenities with a central swimming pool in the courtyard to connect all the activities around in an interesting court.

The entrance of the club has visual attraction with as sculpted wall as a backdrop and planters to create an ambience of connecting nature.

The club opens to surrounding open amenities in the lawn and so is welcoming from all directions. The building is a play of open and semi open overlooking spaces. The park has open amenities and landscape development as a green abode for children and senior citizen hangout.

A residential project designed with 2 floors retail accessible directly from road and residential units above.

The road facing towers are two blocks, primarily joint blocks with two cores and 8 units on each floor half facing road and other half facing common plot development. The buildings are placed so that the units has unblocked views towards outside and buildings don’t block each other’s views. The entrance to residence has wide approach and a developed facade to one side of commercial creating a welcoming entrance. The retail block projects from the residential tower creating terraces for units on 2nd floor facing road.

UNICO HOTEL

The idea was designing a hotel with interesting play of mass and void to create a visually appealing building with enhanced elevation for the hotel. The building has 1 basement and GR. + 7floors above. Anchor store are designed facing road and using frontage efficiently and hotel foyer is accessed from behind the Anchor store. The foyer is a Grand Entry with elegant ceiling and flooring selection for Hotel with decorous entrance.

MOCHA CAFE

Architecture +Landscape + Presentation The renovation project had a challenge of preserving the old structure and developing edgeless forms to generate continuity in the design.

With an idea to design an environment with subtle blend of arched elvements and semi open spaces to create a hangout place for young generation, a design of restaurant in Anand, Gujarat.

Concept Seating areas surrounded by Landscape to create calm and soothing enviornment and for creating memorable spaces.

Use of Arches fo creating connected spaces and to break the monotony of regular forms.

Visually connected spaces through use of glass and arch openings which allow penetration of light.

Vastu Consideration - Proposed Kitchen In South East Condition.

Proposed glass partition / door for creation of visually connected spaces,light penetration and it alsp make spaces fell bigger.

Proposed open space to increases more landscape area around seating zones.

CUBOID HOUSE

Architecture +Landscape + Presentation The cuboid house elements of cubical forms and the spaces planned to form masses projecting into each other when viewed from outside. According to Vastu consideration the puja is placed in the North. The frame elements in the entrance create a grand entrance for the house. The double height family living opens into courtyard with deck, creating a play of open and semi open living interesting spaces for family members during daytime. The work included designing, making working drawings and landscape details of the Bungalow.
