Project Type: Luxury Beach Resort Area: 8.4Acres

A beach Resort is a full service holiday lodging facility, located at the seaside, with access to a private beach. The beach Resort offers a wide range of services and amenities and typically includes entertainment and recreational activities. The

proposed site is 8.4 acres, located at the beach front of Mandarmani, Mandarmani is a seaside village in west Bengal, the site falls under category CRZ-III as per Notification,2011.

The aim of the project is to design a beach resort with a concept that gives user a unique luxury experience. The project brief is to design couple cottages, family

cottages, suit rooms, deluxe room with amenities like gymnasium, restaurants, shops, beach sports facilities

02 Redevelopment Project Metiaburz, Kolkata, West Bengal, India

Project Type: Slum Redevelopment Area: 70 Acres

The aim of the project is to redevelop the existing slum, plan and design different housing spaces for various income groups to give them a proper living spaces to accommodate 30,000 people. There are various amenities spaces that has been proposed like education zone, commercial zone, industrial zone, central plaza, healthcare center, sacred spaces.

Metiaburz is a densely populated mixed use zone, as per census 2011.Buildings at the inner city part of Metiaburz are in dilapidated condition. People in this area were engaged in mainly small scale business. To enhance the livelihood of the people and provide all basic necessity for their healthy and hygienic living redevelopment is a best solution.

Project Type: Motel and Recreational Area: 4Acres

A motel or motor lodge is a hotel designed for motorists and usually has a parking area for motor vehicles. The term referred initially to a type of hotel consisting of a single building of connected rooms whose doors faced a parking lot and in some circumstances, a common area or a series of small cabins with common parking.

The aim of the project is to design motel with other facilities like Indian dhaba, restaurant, shops, kiosk.
