& INSTALLATION All Parterre 5mm Loose Lay and 5mm Rigid Core Click products are to be installed by flooring installers, professionally trained and experienced in current techniques and industry-accepted standards for professional installation of solid vinyl flooring.

ADHESIVES Parterre 5mm Loose Lay products are to be installed with adhesives/products supplied by Parterre, and matched to requirements of Parterre, flooring material, site and project conditions. 5mm Loose Lay products require use of perimeter adhesive for small spaces. For larger spaces (20’ x 20’ in size) the use of a grid or X formation application is required.

MAINTENANCE Best results will always be obtained with a maintenance program matched to the owner’s standards and requirements for appearance and cleanliness.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE POLYURETHANE COATING For unsurpassed durability, a polyurethane topcoat is applied to this product’s heavy-duty wear layer. The polyurethane surface allows for ease of maintenance, resistance to scuffing, staining and moisture.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE Parterre is resistant to harmful effects from a wide range of chemical formulations. As with all flooring materials, chemical formulations spilled on Parterre flooring should be removed as soon as possible.

WARRANTY Parterre warrants all regular line products against manufacturing and material defects within generally accepted standards of the commercial flooring industry, provided that Parterre’s prescribed adhesives, installation and maintenance instructions have been followed. The limited warranties below start from Parterre’s invoice date to its original customer, and covers only the original installation: 5mm Loose Lay: 20-Year Commercial 5mm Rigid Core Click: 15-Year Light Commercial

TEST DATA Parterre solid vinyl flooring shall meet requirements of ASTM-F1700 for composition, size, thickness, squareness, flexibility, dimensional stability, and resistance to chemicals.

ASTM-E648 for Class 1 Critical Radiant Flux of 0.45 watts/cm2 or greater; ASTM-E662 for Smoke Generation of not greater than 450; and ASTM-D2047 for Slip Resistance and compliance with ADA recommendations. Parterre flooring is indoor air quality certified, conforming to California Specification 1350 and are FloorScore ® certified.
