“I just want you all to know how much I love you & how much I love the station. And I love listening to you all. Sometimes you make me laugh & sometimes you make me cry. The stories that people have been through. They are just heartbreaking but also rewarding. You guys keep up the good work you’re doing for Jesus. I keep getting the message out there for people to turn to Him! May God bless you all of you richly!”

Christian Youth Theater came for a Community Matters interview and blessed the WPER team with some treats!

“I wanted to thank the staff & listeners at WPER. About 2 weeks ago I asked for urgent prayer for a close friends father. He runs the local food bank in his area & as he pulled into his parking space at work, his heart stopped. The EMT’s were able to break the car window to get him out & restarted his heart. I had the opportunity to witness to my friend who believes but does not attend church. I let her know that God had His hand on her dad’s car & made sure he made it to the parking lot before his heart stopped. In the hospital, he was unresponsive & even after he woke up, he would not respond to voices, hand squeezes or anything. Prayer came in from many people, including WPER listeners & staff. There were 3 people, including Tom that were comatose that day and the Holy Spirit took our prayers & washed over that ICU & all three not only woke up but are functioning well. After a procedure to unblock most of the arteries going to his heart, he went home 6 days later! Talk about busting the prison doors open! But God! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for caring about us all!” –Joan

“Myself & 15 others were baptized! We all celebrate our new life with Christ and all He has for us. I personally am so thankful for the guidance, love and support in my journey from family, friends & church community. We listen to WPER everyday! I attended the women’s conference in January. It truly set the stage for where I needed to be in life, and who I need to be!”

Rise Up Homeschool Ministry joined us for station tours! What a fun and lively bunch!

“I would like to thank each of you (DJ’s and everyone “behind the scenes” that make WPER not only special, but possible) for blessing me and so many others with your shows. You bring so much joy and positivity into our lives by sharing God’s Word, amazingly powerful music, touching stories, prayer, and a piece of yourselves. My day starts and ends with WPER. It’s on when I wake up, during much of my work day, in the car, on the app, and as I sleep. You’re all like family! I’m very grateful for you!”
