We had the best time visiting with long time donor and volunteer, Lisa, during our Spring Fundraiser!
We had the pleasure of welcoming the American Heritage Girls (Troop 2025) for a station tour on April 15th! During their visit, the girls colored ButterflyHugs ® and stepped into the recording studio to record their Creed and Mission Statement. They loved getting a behind-thescenes look at the station and came ready with lots of great questions.
Josiah Queen's cover of "Jesus Freak" by DC Talk inspired one of our listeners to do a $500 personal challenge. She shared with us that this song is what inspired her son to return to the faith and go back to church and that this song helped bond them, in faith, as a family. Her faithfulness to do a personal challenge resulted in $1,100 total. God did even more than she could ask or imagine with her personal challenge and step of faith. As did He with redeeming her son's life.
Jacob
gave up his lunch every day of our Spring Fundraiser and donated what he would have spent on food.
He spent each day fasting and praying for us.
Amanda gives in honor of the ladies at Field of Hope rehabilitation center. She was the first graduate of this program and now is able to council to others. Walk FM is one of the only signals that they receive in their area and she shares our music with her clients every day. It has sparked many gospel conversations.

7 year old, Eli, felt led to give a gift from his piggy bank.
We had a listener call and donate because Walk FM has helped provide encouragement to her as she battles everyday in her journey with sobriety. She shared that every day is hard and she wants to give up, but hearing uplifting music keeps her focused on her “why.”
Betty works in a hair salon and uses Walk to tell her clients about Jesus every single day.
