I start my morning bright and early with Melody and Candi, and there is no way that I am not going to have a good day!! I do not have time for negative things in my life, and these young ladies roll out the positive positive vibes of who God and his son are!! In music, scripture, prayers, and lots of encouraging words these ladies can get your day going and rolling!!

Each one of you can give to countless numbers of people the encouragement they need for that day, the hope of a situation that they are facing, the promise of what God says he has done and he will do, and if you just want to find out more about God, please give us a call! yeeeeesssssssss the beautiful music, the touching words and the messages that are in the songs of the gospel singer, the gospel group, the gospel band, it does not matter who is sharing this great news, but you all are the people who lay it out there for people, and you bring your real life stories to the table!! I know there are those in our culture who believe if you’re Christian your life is a bed of roses and I agree that there are lots of thorns in those roses. Wouldn’t it be sweet if we never had a problem, an uncertainty, if we had all the answers to our questions??
We do have the answers to our questions, the questions that God is ready to answer, and it is always in his timing, which is perfect timing. That’s why those of you who share this message that needs to be heard are so critical. People do not realize that God is NOT A cousin to Siri, Erica, or Alexa. If they can give an answer quickly, why can’t he give an answer quickly? HE answers in his time and his plan for each person he has created and because of you all you are able to give that insight and understanding that just because we pray, the answer does not come in immediately. The answer that we may want is not going to come in any shape form or fashion, but that does not mean that God has forsaken us.
I just want to say thank you to you, ladies and everyone else who is on the BIG JOYFM SPREADING THE GOOD NEWS AND YOU SPREAD IT SO WELL, EVEN WHENEVER IT MIGHT NOT BE YOUR BEST DAY.
Even when you work for God, as you all do in a full-time capacity, you too have difficult days just like anybody else. I love how you all go to the Lord in prayer, spontaneously. Let’s just take a moment and pray, and people can see that, the power of prayer is real and we know God is listening ! I could see his face with some of the things that you wild ladies say in the morning on the airwaves, I know he has to have tears just rolling down his face where he’s laughing so hard!! I know God smiles when you ladies are on the airwaves because he knows your hearts, and he knows you will always stand for him and with him!!
So good to hear from you, and you know, I will be listening to you when I get up and heading into school every morning!! It is the best way to start my day!!”

From our prayer wall: “I am asking for prayer for healing. Please pray on this for me. I love your station. There is one song that I heard yesterday and it was called Why Wouldn’t I run? I could not stop listening to it and it helped in my Relationship with God. I know now more than ever I am running to God in every way. He is a merciful God that sees in to the depth of our soul and through this song he sees me, so why wouldn’t I run. God continue to bless your ministry.”
Brendan had the opportunity to sit in and observe his alma maters television broadcast! The class was full of hardworking students ready to take their talents to the next level in radio and television broadcasting! We are thankful that Joy FM has built a bridge with Forsyth Tech, and look forward to the next generation of great talent!
