Uncovering Insights

# of people we interviewed : 36

“It’s really hard to find a bike sometimes, especially in busy areas where they’re almost always taken.”

“I can’t always tell if the bike is charged or not, the app shows it’s available, but sometimes I pick one up and it’s basically dead.”

“I’m scared of cars and don’t know the directions most of the time.”

“In less busy areas, it’s hard to find corrals with enough bikes, usually the ones left are broken or not working properly.”

“It feels like a game trying to guess which bike is actually charged.”

“Riding in New York is dangerous.”
