The Summer Selling Season is well underway. We have seen the inventory increase to near Pre-Covid numbers in Parkland. Although Parkland remains in an overall seller’s market we can see shifts to a buyer’s market in certain communities. The Mews real estate market has seen some record sales in the past 90 days.
