The Summer Selling Season is well underway. We have seen the inventory increase to near Pre-Covid numbers in Parkland. Although Parkland remains in an overall seller’s market we can see shifts to a buyer’s market in certain communities. The Cypress Head market has seen some record sales in the past 90 days. There have been 0 price reductions in Cypress Head as inventory tends to move a bit quicker with Buyers interested in the resort-style amenities along with large Waterview lots and the East Parkland location. Although year over year we are seeing fewer sales in the community from this time last year due to the increase in inventory overall in Parkland.
