We are officially passed the 1st quarter of the of 2023 and the market is starting to heat up. As we can see only 3 homes have sold in the past 90 days but we have another 9 pending and 5 actively on the market which means the 2nd quarter of 2023 will be eventful.

Average Days On Market

Of the 3 homes that have sold in the past 90 days the average days on market was 63. Just 3 days more than the average in Parkland as a whole. The homes in MiraLago are clearly very desirable but as prices have been on the rise we can see they may take longer to sell as the buyer demand increases.

Median Sales Price

Year over Year the median sales price has increased significantly. Any notion that there will be a decline in the market certainly doesn’t reflect in the MiraLago market.
