We’re past the first quarter and the Spring/Summer Selling Season is heating up! We have seen 6 Sales in Cascata in the Past 90 days. This is somewhat less from what we’ve seen last year this time.
Homes are certainly taking longer to sell this year round by nearly twice the amount of time. Although we are seeing that homes in the past 30 days are seeing less price reductions as inventory remains low in our community.
