Top Qatar Stadiums For FIFA World Cup

Since winning the right to host the competition in 2010, Qatar has been under fire from the soccer world for its inadequate infrastructure.
After 12 years, the Qatari government has made sure that eight cutting-edge stadiums will be built or renovated for the FIFA World Cup.
The first match of the tournament between Qatar and Ecuador will take place at the Al Bayt Stadium in the city of Al Khor on November 20. The 60,000-person stadium is fashioned after a tent and has that capacity.

The Umm Al Afaei neighbourhood of Doha is home to the 40,740-seat Ahmad Bin Ali stadium. A total of seven games, including six group matches and one round of 16 game, will be played at the magnificent new stadium.

The Al Janoub stadium in Al Wakrah city was designed after a traditional Qatari boat. The stadium, which can hold 40,000 people, was constructed in 2019.
