Welcome to the first edition of our new online literary magazine: Parboni by BHF.
We launch our magazine with a delightful short story that will take you back to the sights, smells, sounds, and, the food of a Biyebari of 1980s Kolkata. Complete with loudspeakers, festoons, tuni-bulbs, Rajanigandha flowers, and rows of diners seated at long tables anxiously waiting for food to be served on banana leaves.
