• Existing ROW, street hierarchy and grid pattern are retained for completing the street structure.

• Focus on movement pattern at present as well as in future has been taken care while planning so that multiple modes can use the lanes dedicated respectively. • The existing available and most preferred modes are IPT as sharing autos/ private autos/ personal modes. The existing route for IPT has been overlayed proposed 0 transit stations in IZP.

• Through this, the understanding of demand and need to access such services were generated to provide alternate/ more sustainable modes supporting the development as per TOD.
