Activity Guide - Spring/Summer 2025
DISTRICT MANAGER’S MESSAGE
Dive into Spring 2025!
Spring has arrived, and with it comes an exciting lineup of activities, programs, and community events that we can’t wait to share with you! Our latest Recreational Activity Guide is packed with opportunities for fun, learning, and connection whether you’re looking to dive into new experiences or revisit some of last year’s favorites.
First, I’d like to highlight our front cover, beautifully designed by a talented young community member. This special touch reflects the heart of our district where creativity, inclusion, and community spirit come together.
As we look ahead to summer, we’re thrilled to bring back Summertime Tots, giving new opportunities for young students a place to learn and grow all season long. If you’re looking to pick up a new skill, our ever-popular Canning Class is back by popular demand!
For those who love a night under the stars, we’re excited to announce the return of Movie Nights at the Pool, featuring two Disney classics Moana and Pirates of the Caribbean. If you’d rather explore the real night sky, Astronomy at the Lake will continue its monthly gatherings through October.
This season, we’re also launching some exciting new youth programs, including the inaugural Power Wheel Derby at Bille Park a fun-filled event for our youngest racers. Plus, we’re expanding our pool hours to include Sundays, doubling our swim lesson offerings, and hosting nearly 50 partner events through the Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) program. And keep an eye out for our new Park in a Box, bringing pop-up play to neighborhoods throughout the community!
Stay tuned for forthcoming events and opportunities to connect with us and share your opinions on programs and parks (District (/paradiseprpd).
With so much to look forward to, we invite you to dive into this guide (or better yet, jump into the Paradise or Concow pools) and find the perfect way to enjoy the season. We can to see you out and about in the parks!
Let's make Spring 2025 a season to remember together!
