Don CeSar Resort’s new conference space: The Don CeSar wants to develop a conference facility on the northern side of the resort site. The 10,000-square-foot conference center would be used for meetings and weddings.

The 7th Annual Chowder Challenge returns to Horan Park on November 7th from 1-5pm. It is a terrific fundraiser presented by the Veterans of South Pinellas County (VSPC) and sponsored by The city of St. Pete Beach. The Chowder Challenge is a chowder and soup cook-off and competition with the area’s best chefs and restaurants. It is Veteran’s Day Weekend, so the event will feature the national anthem, an Honor Guard, a Salute to Veterans and a military Induction ceremony as well. There will be live music, beer and wine, raffles, and a silent auction. The VSPC uses proceeds from their events to support returning veterans who are pursuing higher education, amongst 8

Two blocks east, Corey Landings, a proposed high-end apartment complex at the east end would add over 300 units, with studios renting for $2,000+.

The street’s salons and saloons, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops have somehow largely survived the challenges of the past few years, although some proprietors are starting to talk about wanting to retire.

Corey’s gift shops, Paradise Gifts and Home Décor and Simply Perfect Home Décor, Gifts and Accessories are looking forward to the return of our seasonal residents.

Robbie Caan at Simply Perfect said she stocked up on almost all their most popular items early as soon as she heard about the global supply chain issues being caused by the virus. The most common thing heard from gift shoppers in their store is “That’s Simply Perfect.” Customers spending $20 can have a FREE Simply Perfect turquoise bag, which, on future visits promises them 10% OFF whatever fits in the bag. It is truly a gift that keeps on giving.

Downtown St. Pete Beach has survived, and merchants are on the mend from the pandemic, red tide, and sewer road construction.

Owen Sweet moved his jewelry store from Corey to South Pasadena last year. There is a new treasure of a sweet shop there, next to London Hair, with an incredible artist at work in an entirely different medium. Coco Addiction opens at 9am Wed.-Sun. for coffee and croissants, but the real treasure in the case are personal cheesecakes and chocolates that look more like collectable art.

They even sell chocolate caviar.

At Corey and Gulf Blvd., Beverly’s was sold and completely rebuilt inside and reopened as La Croisette by a charming young French couple. They serve French and American breakfasts and baked goods with many popular items built around the amazing French croissants they bake in-house daily. If you are lucky enough to meet the owner, ask her about the history of the name.

Janine Ritchie and her daughter Cassidy Raasch recently re-branded the crystal and bead shop at 425 Corey Ave. as a metaphysical store named “As Above So Below.” They are scoring 5-star reviews for their selection, knowledge, and helpfulness.

There are more watering holes in the Corey area than ever.

The Swigwam Beach Bar is back to full strength, joined by its neighbor, the Twisted Tiki, which celebrated its first anniversary in September. The Shaded Keg, formerly Tapz, and the Shell Store had closed and are reopening as Grape’s Wine Café. Elizabeth has been serving wine to her boutique customers and selling them bottles and cases from her boutique for long enough, she says. She knows the boutique-and-wine bar combination will be an asset to the Corey area. She also plans for charcuterie boards and the like.

A new fine dining option opened as well, 82 degrees at the new Saint Resort, serving 3 meals and craft cocktails daily.

The historic Beach Theater has a new owner who has been asking the community for input and support for the building’s future.

After sitting vacant since 2013, broker Hendrik Bisanz of Sea Salt Properties LLC, (with offices next door to La Croisette) was involved with the Beach Theatre’s sale to Christopher Scott. There were 10 competing offers. After a bidding war, Scott purchased the theater as-is for $652,000 – $173,000 over list price.

Two blocks north, Mastry’s Brewery and Kitchen is offering the freshest and some of the finest craft brews in all of Tampa Bay. To go along with your favorite brew, Mastry’s owner Matt Daum has partnered with Ramon Hernandez of Pipo’s Original Cuban Café across from the VA at Bay Pines to provide a selection of Pipo’s Cuban cuisine at the Mastry’s Kitchen Food Truck. With the weather cooling off a bit they are even serving lunch.

The Corey Sunday Market operated in a smaller footprint an hour earlier all summer long, and just returned to their full footprint and 10am-2pm schedule this month. The Corey Area Business Association (CABA) is host for the market which has been expertly run by Susan Schiber of Tampa Bay Markets. CABA also hosts the Arts and Craft festivals, which bring out residents and visitors to enjoy the live music and wonderful things to see and buy. The first few dates for these festivals include this month, October 23-24 and December 4-5 for pre-holiday shopping and January 8-9 and April 9-10, 2022. On Art Festival weekends, the Corey Sunday Market sets up in the post office block. There is prime ground floor office space available across the street from the post office with plentiful off-street private parking, where Keller Williams outgrew the space and moved to Treasure Island’s old Bank of America building.

CABA has been saving up proceeds from the market and craft shows through the challenging times, and is about to begin an aggressive marketing program, including additional monthly events with street closures and parties in the streets. Annabel’s boutique on the Beach Theatre side of the block is stocked for season, and its neighbor, Natural Comfort Shoes, has transitioned its Corey location into a full-line retail store with new styles of some of the world’s best shoes and fashionable Florida style casual clothing. There are also newer boutiques north of Wells Fargo, including JoJo’s and High Tide, carrying fashions for both men and women, surrounding Beach Hair Affair and the new Gym Barbershop.

You may know that everyone’s favorite downtown restaurant, bar and entertainment venue, Chill, changed hands last year. It was rescued by Ken Hautmann and his fiancee’ Kim Beidelschies, who have tried to maintain the menu and operating formula based on prior owner Ruthie Hill’s most popular concepts. “The menu still features such favorites as shrimp and grits,” said Ken. “We have had the same hiring challenges as everyone else, although we still have a number of great, loyal, hardworking people that you have seen at Chill for years. Live entertainment is featured Wednesday through Saturday with the popular Motel Funk playing every other Friday.”

Although the pandemic put an end to the buffet, a popular brunch menu is served Friday through Sunday. Dining outside at Chill on Sundays, when the market is on, is truly unique experience. The premium full liquor bar is fully stocked and mimosas are featured.

City Manager Alex Rey said,“The fiscal year 2021-22 budget generally holds the line on expenses, with the few areas that we’re adding money to related to strategic initiatives. General fund revenues had a nice level of growth … that allows us to increase the amount toward capital infrastructure.

With increased property values the past few years, resulting in more income from county property tax revenue, key barrier island towns including St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island and Madeira Beach are mostly maintaining current millage rates and holding down major property tax increases for the new fiscal year that began October 1.

ST. PETE BEACH City commissioners voted to adopt the same millage rate since 2015 at 3.15 mils – putting emphasis on being able to fund expensive capital improvements in 2022 and beyond. Assistant City Manager/Finance Director Vince Tenaglia told the commission the city was able to handle any drop in revenue during the height of

“This year the city has been extremely successful in pursuing federal and state funds. We got awarded a $1.5 million grant from the state to assist in the road restoration as part of the sewer force main project, $4.8 million from the federal American Recovery Program and we are hopeful to receive a $2 million grant from the state for a sewer project for a total of over $8 million in support.”

“Of course, we have a big risk in terms of what we are doing as a result of the water threats analysis, ” Mayor Al Johnson added. “This analysis is what scares me as we have a huge subaqueous line replacement coming down the pike that will be close to $10 million.”

Tenaglia told commissioners that keeping the millage rate at 3.15 should raise about $10,980,696 because the city’s property values are up 5.07%.

Among the new projects are the opening of The Bellwether in the former Grand Plaza Hotel, opening of the new Saint Resort and 82 Degrees restaurant, renovation of the former Holiday Inn on Gulf Boulevard into the new Hilton Garden Inn, and a recent proposal by a development group for the east end of Corey Avenue for a new complex with a 234-unit condo/apartment building, parking garage, 5,000-square-foot restaurant and about 3,950 square feet of retail space.

Public hearings on the proposed budget were set for Sept. 13 and Sept. 27, with a final vote on the new budget at the Sept. 27 commission meeting.

TREASURE ISLAND “The city’s focus has been on streamlining services delivery, on infrastructure and sustainability, updating the comprehensive plan and rewriting the Land Development regulations, securing funding for the maintenance of the bridge, and presenting a phased approach towards the replacement of the remaining city facilities,” City Manager Amy Davis told commissioners at August 4-5 budget hearings. “Reconstruction and elevation of the Master Lift Station for wastewater is one of the various projects focusing on infrastructure improvements.

“The city’s tax base increased by 5.69% as a result of continued building and renovation activity that has been consistent throughout the last couple of years throughout the county. The property value increases this budget year is largely due to an increase in housing values.

“The city also will see more benefits from such additions as the new Crabby’s on the Pass, replacing the iconic Gators that had been a fixture for more than 30 years.

Also, the opening of the new City Hall Center, built in the transformed former Allied Insurance building with five floors of streamlined offices and services to include a large community room and smaller rooms that will be available to the public to rent for events, meetings or programs, with move-in completed in 2022.“ Davis continued,“The iconic Sanding Ovations sculpture event will be held in November over two weekends this year (18-21 & 26-28) to help promote social distancing and give more time to enjoy the sand sculptures. The event is held on the beach behind the Bilmar Beach Resort and draws many thousands of area residents and tourists.

“The 2022 budget proposes the city adopt a property tax rate of 3.8129 mills, 2 mills higher than the current millage rate of 3.6129. This will enable the city to achieve the 0.5 mill required to fund the Causeway Bridge capital maintenance into the future. The city also plans to raise most parking meter rates from $2.75 to $3.00 an hour and increase non-resident City Marina boat slip rates by $275 to $600 a month. It will also increase garbage pick-up fees by 4%, increase both recycling and stormwater fees by 10%, plus an average 5% increase in sewer rates.

“By FY 2023, the last year of a five-year-plan to generate revenue In the stormwater fund that will be sufficient to mostly support the level of stormwater improvements needed. The budget reflects the anticipated American Rescue Plan Act funds, state and federal legislation requests, Southwest Water Management District grants and various other grants that total about $10.1 million.”

Second reading and public hearing for the official ordinance was set for Sept. 20, before the regular commission meeting to establish the tentative property tax rate for the new fiscal year starting Oct. 1.

MADEIRA BEACH Before he resigned September 1 when his contract was not extended, Bob Daniels, Madeira Beach City Manager, told Paradise News,“Our property values are up about Madeira Beach Interim City Manager 8.5% so we’re able to keep the Bob Daniels same millage rate as the past fiscal year. New properties like the Cambria Hotel opened, we should have groundbreaking for the Schooner Hotel in the third quarter, movement on the triangle property at Madeira Way and 150th Ave., and we will be celebrating our 75th anniversary all year long.

“Among highlights, we’ll celebrate in 2022 with one major monthly event, kicking off with the Seafood Festival at John’s Pass in January. Through my career, I’ve always believed ‘we have to show progress every day’, and with HEART – H is for Honesty, E is ethics, A is Accountability, R is for Ready (every day), and T is for Teamwork.”

At a special Sept. 7 meeting, the Commission extended a new city manager contract to Lee Staab, former county manager of Grand County, Colorado, and a city manager in Minot, North Dakota, with Daniels the second choice.

However, on Sept. 10, Mayor John Hendricks announced that Staab had turned down the job due to personal reasons.

Bob Daniels agreed to stay on as interim city manager on a month-to-month contract while the commission decides whether to extend him a new contract or start another review of the original 28 candidates, a number of whom have taken themselves out of the running.

Mayor Hendricks told Paradise News,“As a result of this situation, at a special meeting September 22, the commission decided to reopen applications for the City Manager position. Bob Daniels will not reapply and was extended the 40-day notice, staying on as interim city manager through October and possible later if necessary.”

The mayor also has a very positive outlook for 2022 and beyond, adding to Daniels’ prior comments.

Breast Cancer Screening: More Than Mammograms

Mammograms are the gold standard for breast cancer screening, and often a woman is starting her regular mammograms at a stage of life when she may not be seeing her gynecologist once a year.

Ideally, your primary-care provider is already seeing you at least annually for a physical, so that’s a great opportunity to talk about breast health. Up to 15 percent of breast cancer cases are diagnosed when a patient themselves or their physician feels a palpable breast mass not detected on mammography.

And 30 percent are diagnosed with a breast mass found during the interval between mammograms.

If you’re not comfortable doing the physical exam portion of a breast health screening, that’s an opportunity for your primary-care provider to refer you to someone you are comfortable with. I’m not offended at all to make a referral. I don’t want patients to not do it or not talk about it because they’re not comfortable. I always put the decision-making power in the patient’s hands to talk about it as little or as much as they want to.

When it comes to breast self-exams, the best recommendation is for you to have a conversation with your primary-care provider about how often to do it and what to look for. If you do feel or notice a concerning change in your breast, discuss it with your physician. Most breast lumps are caused by other non-cancerous medical conditions.

While a lump or palpable mass in your breast or armpit is cause for further examination and possibly testing, it’s not the only thing to look for. Other possible signs of breast cancer can include: • A change in your breast shape or size • Nipple changes or discharge • Skin changes, including redness, inflammation, or dimpling like the skin of an orange Cancer isn’t the only thing that can cause changes in a woman’s breast. Menstrual cycles, having children, losing or gaining weight, menopause, and taking certain medications can affect how your breasts look and feel. Breasts also tend to change as you age.

It’s important to note that breast changes are very common, and most are not cancer.

Early breast cancer detection is the key to a better outcome.

I recommend having an honest conversation about it every year with your primary-care physician. The best physician-patient relationship is one based on shared decision making.

Coast Brothers’ Delish Keto Pumpkin Pie For a boo-tiful holiday dessert that’s low in carbs, why not whip up this easy Keto Pumpkin Pie for Halloween or Thanksgiving? The pumpkin is a symbol of harvest time, but we like it all year round.

The fall season is all about pumpkin spice, from java to desserts. If you are on the keto diet, can you partake? The good news is, yes! Pumpkin can be keto-friendly without sacrificing flavor. Pumpkin boasts extra vitamins, minerals and fiber, and this easy keto pumpkin pie recipe is low on sugar.

Early American settlers of New England’s Plymouth Colony may have made pumpkin pies, of sorts, without crusts. They stewed pumpkins or filled a hollowed out pumpkin shell with milk, honey, and spices, and then baked it in hot ashes. This almond flour crust is rich in vitamin E and other antioxidants and is an excellent source of manganese, magnesium, copper, calcium, and iron.

EASY KETO PUMPKIN PIE WITH ALMOND FLOUR CRUST Pie Crust Ingredients 1 1/2 c. almond flour

3 tbsp. coconut flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. kosher salt 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1 large egg, beaten Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. Add melted butter and egg and stir until a dough forms.

4. Press dough evenly into a 9” pie plate, then use a fork to poke holes all over crust.

5. Bake until lightly golden, 10 minutes.

Pumpkin Filling Ingredients 1 (15-oz.) can pumpkin puree 1 c. heavy cream (or coconut cream) 1/2 c. packed keto-friendly brown sugar 3 large eggs, beaten 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1/4 tsp. kosher salt 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract Whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Make The Pie 1. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, cream, brown sugar, eggs, spices, and vanilla until smooth.

2. Pour pumpkin mixture into lightly baked crust.

3. Bake at 350 degrees until filling is slightly jiggly in the middle and crust is golden, 45 to 50 minutes.

4. Turn off oven and prop door open.

Let pie cool in oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate until ready to serve.

5. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

MEANWHILE ELSEWHERE: Conservation workers have embarked on a new round of work at the famous Stonehenge site in southern England.

The stones have cracked and fallen over several times in modern history, according to one report. And, at the turn of the 20th century, a strong winter storm caused one of the monument’s horizontal lintels to crash to the ground.

CAMILLE TRUST, SINGER/ SONGWRITER In late September, Tampa native and celebrated singersongwriter Camille Trust released her debut full-length album, “ NY to FL,” and performed Sept. 24 at Floridian Social Club.

The album is available on all streaming platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify.

During the pandemic, Camille lived at home with her family, pivoting to find new ways to create her music. The songs on this album were written and produced over Zoom with her NYC producers. While home in Florida, she assembled a large local creative team – including director, photographer, wardrobe designer, hair & makeup artists – to produce music videos for this project. Her music video “Florida” features the lush landscapes of Odessa, St. Petersburg and Lutz, where she grew up.

FLORIDA HISTORY: On Oct. 26, Jason Vuic will speak at Tombolo Books about his riveting look into The Swamp Peddlers: How Lot Sellers, Land Scammers and Retirees Built Modern Florida and Transformed the American Dream. EVERYTHING OLD IS NEW AGAIN RETROCHIC: Grand Millennial Style is this fall’s hottest design

trend. Young adults are returning to vintage styles, embracing traditional designs and mixing them with modern looks. Hot right now are wicker and rattan pieces, skirted and bow bedecked furnishings (tables, beds, vanities), china and china cabinets, classic floral/chintz wallpaper and upholstery and setting a nice table for entertaining. “Grand millennial style is a generational rebellion against the sleek minimalism of midcentury modern design,” says Rebecca Breslin, senior design manager for Wayfair Professional. It’s also a fashion “thing,” from vintage crochet sweaters to eyeglass chains. Expect to see this and eco-design styles flourish, from sustainable materials for clothes and bedding (bamboo, cotton) such as those we found at downtown’s trufulla eco boutique and Belleair’s Illume Apparel.

THRIFTING & GENTLY USED: The resale revolution

is here, and it’s not just about local consignment or resale shops such as Designer Consigner, Designer Exchange, CASA, Wendy’s Closet, Revolve Clothing Exchange, RETreat, Goodwill and other thrift boutiques. According to a recent ThredUp report, the secondhand market is expected to double to $77 billion by 2025. That big number, plus the low overhead of a peer-to-peer platform, is attractive. Retailers are hopping on the bandwagon as well. Retailers such as URBN (parent to Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, BHLDN, and Terrain) invite their customers to sell used apparel on Nuuly Thrift, a peer-to-peer platform. While eBay and Amazon also offer gently used clothes to buy (or sell), this trend is good for the planet and trumps fast fashion, reducing our individual carbon footprint.

BORROW, NOT BUY: Your local library is full of treasures, and many offer more than books, audio and videos to borrow. Around the U.S., there are libraries that lend tools, ukuleles (https://pplc.us/ ukulele-program/) and sporting goods. Seed sharing programs are blossoming, especially local flowers, veggies and plants. One unique program pairs students and mentors, a sort of rent-an-expert. Locally, you can join book, Scrabble, mah jong and writing clubs, take tech classes or watch films. The Clearwater Public Library System’s Maker Studios offers hands-on learning and experimentation spaces where community members can design, prototype, and create works. From St. Pete’s Museum of Fine Arts to NYC high rise offices, the world’s abuzz about bees.

The arts museum boasts rooftop beehives and their own honey brand. And according to the New York Times, offices dangle beehives and garden plots to lure workers back from remote. In midtown Manhattan, one company devoted the 22nd floor terrace to two beehives and a garden.

Bees have long been a part of fashion and lifestyle history. Consumers’ concern for the declining bee population and climate change has increased the popularity of our buzzy friends. Bee motif jewelry, bee-friendly products and skin care, local honey and bee-friendly pest control are all trending.

Food as medicine advocates tout the benefits of organic honey for gut health, immune system boosts and other ailments.

Some say when the bees go, we go.

After all, 1/3 of our food source comes from bees pollinating plants. Scientists know that bees are dying from a variety of factors–pesticides, drought, habitat destruction, nutrition deficit, air pollution, global warming and more.

There’s a lot you can do to help bees do their jobs. Plant bee friendly plants including Florida wildflowers (Spanish needle, yellow primrose and spiderwort), citrus and fruit trees, berries and trees like bottlebrush, powderpuff, crape myrtle or golden rain.

Bees like ground covers (Mexican clover and shrubby false buttonweed) and flowering plants such as purple porterweed, sweet almond, salvia, and bee balm.

You can see many of these in the Florida Botanical Garden’s Butterfly Gardens.

From downtown St. Pete to Gulf Beaches, explore local beekeepers’ sweet treats from Eden’s Nectar Honey, Tarpon Springs’ Bayshore Bees and Queen & Colony (Blush Tea).

At Rolling Oats, we discovered A Bee’s Place LLC with hives in St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Seminole, Dunedin and Tierra Verde. An interview with their beekeeper explained how bees make different honey flavors: “All of our honey is all natural from the bees, the nectar that bees go out and gather is what they bring back, and that’s what flavors the honey. So even our spring, summer and fall honey from the same yard, will taste a little different because of the flowers that they’ve actually gone out and gotten the nectar from. To get a single source honey such as orange blossom or blackberry honey beekeepers move their bees to the fields so the bees can forage primarily on their blossoms which produce the lovely varieties. Honey from all different parts of the country is like fine wine, all have wonderful color and taste differences.”

First of all we would like to say it is great to be able to share our knowledge and expertise with the Paradise News community to help improve the health of our local pets.

Halloween is fast approaching with a number of different risks that could threaten the health and well-being of your pets. Here are a few more common things that we see around this time of year for you to be aware of to help keep your pet safe.

• Chocolate candy - Chocolate is toxic to your pets. The amount and concentration of the cocoa (milk or dark) that your pet ingests will determine the severity of the toxicity.

• Sugar free candy - Xylitol is an artificial sweetener that is found most commonly in sugar free gum but can be found in candy and even sugar free peanut butter.

Small amounts can be very toxic and cause symptoms such as low blood sugar, seizures, liver failure and death. Keep all candy in a safe place away from your pet’s reach and if ingested seek emergency veterinary expertise and care.

• Toys and candy wrappers - Toys may be tempting for your pet to chew on and candy wrappers could be ingested along with the candy. If either are ingested, size shape and quantity could create a large enough object that could obstruct your pet’s stomach or intestine. Symptoms could include vomiting, diarrhea, straining to defecate, lethargy, inappetance, and more. Should you note any

If you were to think of your life as a

journey, how happy, how fulfilled, how peaceful would you be at this point in your life?

Is it possible that, as my friend Gary Zukav infers, our intentions shape our experiences, which, at the end of the day, comprise the sum of our time spent on the planet?

Is it really plausible that what we intend we become? Opening our mind to this question has profound implications because it beckons us to consider how conscious (or not) our intentions for the life we are living have been. Courageously exploring this question enables us to see that we play a crucial part in determining where the journey of our life will take us in the future.

Irrespective of the current state of our life, we can meet the new day with immense optimism by embracing the fact that our future is shaped by our deepest, consciously made intentions.

Too often, in the busyness of our lives, our intentions are semi-unconscious, meaning they slip unnoticed directly through to the reactive habit-mind, circumventing the deeper contemplative self. As a result, we may make choices which spawn consequences we may not expect.

There is a direct correlation between the choices we make and our intentions.

Every choice we make announces our intention to the Universe about what we desire and puts energy in motion to make it so. The root word for intention is intent, which means, “An aspiration to do something on purpose with an objective goal or target in mind; by design.”

Whether we are aware of it, we each live by intention.

While many of us believe otherwise, our intentions, whether our highest or our basest, conscious or unconscious, are always being served. If we find our lives to be “off course” it is only through becoming consciously “self-aware” that we can challenge and change the compass coordinates set for our journey.

How conscious are the choices you have been making? Are they propelled by the light, wisdom and energy of love and compassion, or something of a lower, more base vibration where the ego quietly lingers in the shadows–such as fear and doubt?

Are your intentions arising from the infinite depths of your soul, or the shallows of a reactive mind operating just under the radar of the fully aware self? It’s easy to discern.

Just witness your feeling nature as you ask yourself these questions and you’ll know from where your intentions arise:

Are my daily choices driven by unconscious habits, fears, doubts, and insecurities, or love and trust?

Do my choices incorporate harmony, sharing, cooperation, and reverence for life?

Do my choices create authentic power within, or do they cause me to look to other people and external things for my power, purpose, and direction?

Do my choices include intentions that honor my body, my relationships, my world, and my soul?

THE TAKE AWAY: You really are on a journey of a lifetime. Mindfully pay attention to your intentions is the rule of the road.

Know that where your life heads now is not predestined by where it has been. You are at choice. Take time to plumb the depths of your innermost being and listen carefully to the wisdom and guidance, for what you intend today is what you shall become tomorrow. May your journey be a sacred one, where the intentions of your deepest Self rise and commingle with your daily doing, serving as the compass that points the way to the life you truly deserve.
